A safe and steady therapy practice to navigate the tender space before the after.

In the quiet space before the “after,” your pain and resilience will be fully held. You’ll get the support you need to heal all you’ve been carrying and you’ll be given the space to feel truly seen. Together, we’ll tend to the early relationships that shape both you and your child, creating the safety and connection that allow secure relationships to grow — now and for the future.

Trauma- Focused & Relational Therapy

Parenting and caregiving can bring unexpected challenges. Maybe you feel triggered more often than you’d like, caught between shame and frustration, or distant from the people you love. Old wounds can resurface in tender moments, making it hard to feel steady, connected, or present. Individual therapy offers a safe place to make sense of these experiences — to process what you’ve been carrying while also nurturing stronger, healthier patterns in your relationships. Together, we create space for healing that allows you to feel more grounded in yourself and more connected to the people who matter most.

“Parenting is the greatest act of love, but it’s also the most radical form of healing, for both parents and children.”

Parent & Parent-Child Therapy

Sometimes parenting feels harder than you imagined — maybe your baby or toddler is hard to soothe, feels “too much,” or seems to pull away. At the same time, you might feel overwhelmed by your own reactions, unsure how to connect, or worried about your relationship with your child. Parent-child therapy offers a supportive space for both of you, together in the same room.

With gentle guidance, you’ll have the chance to better understand what your child is communicating, learn new ways to respond with attunement, and also feel supported in your own feelings. This approach helps strengthen your bond and lays the foundation for your child’s emotional growth and sense of security.

Couple & Family Therapy

Parenting and family life can put stress on even the strongest relationships. Maybe you and your partner feel out of sync, stuck in repeating arguments, or unsure how to get on the same page about parenting.

Blended or non-traditional families may also face added layers of complexity, and big transitions — like a new baby, fostering, adoption, or loss — can shift the whole system in ways that feel overwhelming. This is a safe, supportive place for couples and families to slow down together, untangle patterns, and create new ways of relating.

Couple + Family Therapy

Parenting is a time of deep hope and deep healing.

It’s a chance to nurture your child while also repairing the places in you that didn’t get what you needed.

If you’re here, I imagine you’re carrying both the weight and the hope of that journey too. You don’t have to do it alone — I’d love to walk alongside you.
