Individual Therapy
Parenthood has a way of stirring up emotions, memories, and patterns you may not have expected. In individual therapy, we’ll work together to explore how your own experiences — from early attachment to adult relationships — shape the way you show up as a parent. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic approaches, we’ll gently process trauma, reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, and build your capacity for regulation, self-trust, and connection. This is your space to feel deeply seen, understood, and supported as you grow into the parent (and person) you want to be.
Parent-Child Therapy
The bond between you and your child is the foundation for their emotional health — and sometimes, that bond needs intentional nurturing. Parent–child therapy offers a space to slow down, tune in, and strengthen your connection from the very beginning. I’ll help you understand your child’s cues, respond in ways that foster security, and repair moments of disconnection. Whether you’re navigating feeding challenges, developmental transitions, or early signs of stress, our work together supports both of you in feeling safe, seen, and understood.
Reflective supervision & consultation
Supporting parents and young children is deeply meaningful work — and it can also be emotionally complex. Reflective consultation provides a space for professionals to pause, think deeply, and explore the parallel process between their work and their own internal experiences. Together, we’ll unpack the emotional layers of your role, strengthen your capacity for attunement, and help you stay grounded and intentional in your work. I draw from my background in Infant Mental Health, trauma-informed practice, and somatic awareness to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space that honors the humanity of both practitioner and client.
